History
For over 15 years Mike Lozej and Steve Flaman have been in partnership with the development of areas within Candle Lake. Starting with the Candle Lake Airpark in which they purchased the land around the landing strip. In order to maintain the local air strip for many of the local fliers they subdivided the area and sold many of the lots to people who now call Candle Lake home. They created a beautiful community of welcoming neighbors.
Soon after this area was finished they decided to purchase some land just minutes away from Candle Lake which is now the known as Aspen Ridge. All the amenities of Candle Lake are just minutes away from the beautiful tree filled one acre lots while still having the peace and tranquility of residential country living.

Located 3 kilometers south of the Candle Lake junction, Cranberry Creek is a 63 lot subdivision treed with mostly White and Black Spruce and some Aspen. It sits ½ mile off of highway 120, making it a very quiet subdivision.
Being flanked by Crown Land on 3 sides, it is a very calm and relaxing community with a great amount of peace and privacy.
If features a three hole golf course in the center of the subdivision, with a trout pond and clubhouse within the three fairways.
There are a lot of fun activities besides the golf course and trout pond. Torch Lake borders Cranberry Creek, and we’ve built a dock so that you can fish or launch a canoe/kayak. We’re also located on the Ashim Homestead which has several kilometers of walking trails.
